In our modern and bright restaurant and on our sun terrace, we spoil up to 80 guests with creative, regionally inspired cuisine. As a first-class conference and seminar location, LILIENBERG offers a wide range of options for seminars, lectures and conferences with nine modern seminar rooms. In this area, we cater for up to 150 people with our culinary delights. 39 modern hotel rooms round off the hotel's facilities.

Night concierge (70 to 100 %)

Our guests expect courteous, friendly service and the support that makes their stay a special experience. With your commitment and courteous manner, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly at reception and in the seminar area.

Your tasks

  • Guest care and concierge tasks (reservations, route planning, etc.)
  • Receiving and confirming room reservations
  • Check-in and check-out of individual and group guests 
  • Controlling room reservations and invoices
  • Support in setting up and providing seminar rooms
  • Inspection tours
  • Controlling and daily closing of the hotel and restaurant cash register
  • Room service  

Your profile

  • Training at reception or in the commercial sector or experience in night duty at a hotel
  • Resilient, flexible and cheerful personality
  • Quality-conscious in thought and action
  • Responsible and team-oriented
  • Willingness to work at weekends
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Understanding of accounting
  • Well-groomed appearance
  • Fluent written and spoken German language skills
  • Good oral skills in English, preferably also in French.
